What this site is

This site is a marketing site and waitlist for early access to Indegen AI, a chatbot builder currently in development. Joining the waitlist expresses interest in the product and does not guarantee access. The product is under active development; we may add, remove, or change features at any time, and use of this site doesn't guarantee access to any specific feature or capability.

Studio and the AI assistant

These terms cover this marketing website and the waitlist only. When Studio becomes available, your use of it will be governed by a separate Studio agreement presented at sign-up. If you interact with an AI assistant powered by Indegen AI on another company's website, your relationship is with that company under its terms, not these.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information when joining the waitlist. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with Cloudflare Turnstile or any other security measure on this site
• Use automated means to scrape, spam, or overload the site or waitlist form
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site, and the Indegen AI product itself, belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our branding except to refer to us by name.

No warranty

This site and the underlying product are in active development and provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee that you'll receive access, or a specific timeline for access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indegen AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be finalized on incorporation]. We'll update this section once our legal entity is registered.

Changes to these terms
